E-Mail-Überwachung - Zentrale Datenspeicher lassen sich in der Regel einfacher verwalten als verteilte Informationen. On 2003 we were receiving emails with attachments from these very same people just fine.īut did you ever get to the bottom of this. GFI MailEssentials enthält ein Modul, das E-Mails von POP3-Postfächern abrufen und in Postfächer auf dem Mailserver verteilen kann. As I stated earlier, this only started happening once we switched to SBS2011 from SBS2003. To another over the internet in Rich Text or HTML. GFI MailEssentials for Exchange/SMTP 14 Beta 1 build v.20080808 GFI MailEssentials for Exchange/SMTP 14 Beta 1 build 20080808 is regarded as a highly-efficient, high-quality server based anti spam & email management solution for Microsoft Exchange Server & Notes/SMTP servers. One Exchange organization should be able to send messages Is it possible to look up previous cases to see what IIS Metabase change was made for the one user? I don’t think it’s an acceptable answer to try to contact the sender each time it happens. There the user said Microsoft made a change to the IIS Metabase to fix itĪnother thread with more people experiencing the issue 20 >20 > My question is if anyone can give me a broad overview of how20 > best to run > sa-learn on > all my users spam to make SA more effective. I did some more research on this problem, and it seems others experienced it too. I set amavis/SA to tag all > messages with > the SPAM tag and pass it along to Exchange where I have GFI > Mailessentials doing > more spam filtering. It is a little clumsy but means that the user can still receive emails on their original address (some attachments come through fine on this still) and they have an alternate one to give out if needed. (and to use that email address in future).

Now when the sender sends an email with attachment to the new email address it comes through ok so I have instructed the user(s) affected to reply to emails with a winmail.dat file attached and get the sender to resend the attachment to their new email address I created a new email address for the affected user(s) and left the old email address in place I also changed the primary email to the new one but this is probably not required.
